time flies....

wow. so its been about 4 months since my last post. no surprise.
just got back from two weeks away, traveling down south- hits the keys and back up the gulf side of florida.  our vacations are the best and often bring us the tightest together :)  thats just one of the many reasons i love to travel.
soon i will hopefully post photos of our travels and such.  one day i would like to study photography and get better at it.  once my body cant take the beatings of running, rugby, hiking, etc, im get much more into photography.
my kids are awesome! its neat how they change a little as they grow and get older. each one is special in their own unique way- that also makes me really happy.

And it starts today..

Huh, not sure how long this will last.  This is an attempt for me to keep track of life's experiences and be able to share them with my family and friends (as well as myself as I look back over the years).  Hence the title 'time capsule'.
